At Home Workouts
Study after study has shown the benefit of daily movement and physical activity and never more so than in a time of great uncertainty and when significant time is being spent indoors. I can almost guarantee that a quick at-home workout and walk outside will help clear your head and improve how you feel physically. Here are a few of my favorite resources to get it done.
{Gear} All available on Amazon!
Weights
Individual weights (available in varying lbs)
Booty bands
Full body bands (Really useful for Madeline Moves workouts)
Ankle weights
Yoga Mat
Super affordable option | Pricier option with helpful alignment cues
Personally I layer the two as our floors are hard!
{Workouts}
Many of these streaming workouts utilize some equipment but most can be modified to be done with limited props or get creative and use what you have! Paper plates or dish towels make great sliders, water bottles can be used as weights - you get the idea. Also of note, many are offering free or extended free trials for new members right now!
